Birth Keeper Services
I offer holistic homebirth-based care with a diverse background in skilled midwifery training & doula care. I have over 20 yrs of birth attendance experience. I believe that pregnancy and birth are normal physiological processes that our bodies are designed to experience. Complete prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum care. I believe Homebirth is a natural experience and left unhindered will be one of the most spiritual experiences one will ever have.
Placenta Encapsulation
The benefits of your placenta and what I have witnessed have been numerous. It helps to aid postpartum depression, bring on milk supply, increases energy, reduces the uterus to normal, decreased blood loss, etc. All capsules are vegan based and all utensils used are sterilized. Private Childbirth Education
If you are unable to come to one of my group childbirth classes, I offer private 3 hr. class for you and your partner in the privacy of your own home or my studio. My class is designed to help you prepare of everything you will need to know during your upcoming labour and delivery and what to expect postpartum. Even if this is your 10th baby you will walk away with very important knowledge and skills for you and baby.

Pregnancy Reflexology to help bring baby on
75 min. - Reflexology, Mayan abdominal massage and acupressure. All wonderful modalities to bring baby along and also help relax in those last few antenatal weeks. Of course I can't promise baby will come, but the success rate of baby coming within 48 hrs. of this modality is astonishing.

Breastfeeding Services
I want nothing more than to see every new mother who wishes to breastfeed their baby Succeed!! The best advice I can give you to have success with this is to book a 1-1 with me before baby arrives.
